A clubhouse pass is provided inside the cabin. The front door has a keypad. You will receive a personalized access code before check-in. ⭐️⭐️IMPORTANT INFORMATION ⭐️⭐️ Mountain Roads The roads are paved but include steep, narrow, and curving sections. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be needed during winter weather. Cell Service Cell service can be unreliable in the mountains. Download your directions before arriving. Parking Parking is available for three vehicles directly behind the cabin. Age Requirement The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Children traveling with their parents are welcome. Pets Pets are not permitted due to allergy concerns. Smoking Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin. Security An exterior security camera is located near the main entrance. There are no cameras inside the cabin or near the hot tub. Weather Weather-related refunds are not provided. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Wildlife Black bears and other wildlife are common in the Smoky Mountains. Never feed wildlife or leave food or trash outside. Hot Tub The hot tub seats up to five adults. Guests must follow the posted safety instructions. Charcoal Grill A park-style charcoal grill is located near the entrance. A small starter supply of charcoal and lighter fluid is provided. Starter Supplies We provide a starter supply of: ✓ Toilet paper ✓ Paper towels ✓ Trash bags ✓ Dishwasher tablets ✓ Bagged coffee and K-Cups ✓ Cream and sugar ✓ Salt and pepper ✓ Cooking spray Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
